Privacy & contact
A simple explanation of what this prelaunch site records and why.
Contact the project
For project questions or a request to correct or remove a signup, connected X account or feedback entry, email:
ben@tokenchasers.comOfficial draw results and the verified mint link will be published on this site. Follow the official account for project updates:
@tokenchasers on XInclude only the public wallet address or contact handle needed to locate your entry. Do not post personal details publicly. We may need to verify that a request concerns your entry. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
Mint interest and feedback
The public draw requires a mint wallet address, X handle and confirmation that you follow @tokenchasers on X. One entry is allowed per X account and one per wallet. The mint list stores these details, an optional Discord handle, submission times and a source label. Your X handle is linked to your wallet entry. Earlier signups must be reconfirmed using the same wallet and handle. Feedback stores your answers, optional contact details, submission time and source label.
We use these records to prepare the mint list, check public-draw eligibility, understand feedback and administer launch-related requests. Registration stays open when X verification is unavailable. Saved entries without a connected X account must return with their original wallet and handle to complete Connect X when available. Connected accounts can be rechecked using the authorization already granted; reconnect if that access no longer works. Pending, unknown or failed follow checks are not eligible for the draw.
A submitted handle or confirmation alone does not verify a follow. Registering or connecting X does not prove wallet ownership, guarantee an allocation or subscribe you to email. Connecting X does not follow @tokenchasers for you. We do not publish the registration database or sell its contents.
Signup and feedback records are currently retained for launch preparation and follow-up. These records do not yet have an automatic deletion deadline. You can request removal through the contact above; a post-launch retention schedule will be published before final mint selection.
When Connect X is enabled
The signup form shows Connect X when verification is available. X asks you to authorize read access to your account and follow information. We use the account you authorize to check whether it follows @tokenchasers. We do not request email access or permission to post, follow accounts for you or send direct messages.
We store your stable X account ID, handle, follow-check time and result with your mint entry. The account ID lets us enforce one entry per X account even if its handle changes. We also store encrypted access and refresh tokens so we can recheck your follow before the draw while your authorization remains valid. A check describes the follow status at that time; a pending, unknown or failed check is not a verified follow.
Short-lived cookies support the authorization flow and display its result. The @tokenchasers account owner can review verification status and export records to prepare the draw. You can revoke access in your X account settings. To remove the connection and its stored account details and credentials from our records, contact ben@tokenchasers.com.
Simple activity counts
We count homepage views, signup interactions and official-X clicks in daily totals, grouped by broad referral labels such as X, Discord or friends. These are activity counts, not a count of unique people. Repeat submissions can affect the totals.
The analytics records contain no wallet addresses, social handles, visitor IDs, raw IP addresses or full URLs. They do not use analytics cookies or browser storage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Aggregate totals older than 90 days are removed when new counts are recorded.
Hosting and abuse protection
The site uses hosted infrastructure to serve pages and store submissions. We do not save raw IP addresses in the signup or analytics database. Short-lived keyed digests of connection addresses limit automated requests; old rate-limit records are periodically removed.
Hosting and security providers may process connection information and set security cookies. The statements about our application database do not mean that no provider processes an IP address. Following an external link takes you to that provider’s own service and privacy practices.
